Pricewaterhouse Cooper
Recently, Pricewaterhouse Cooper (PwC) has 'adopted' our school. The pilot project is aimed at improving educational outcomes in areas of social deprivation and we are pleased to have been chosen in what is the first partnership of its kind in the UK. This initiative seeks to address the core reasons for long-standing underachievement and provide greater opportunities for the pupils by delivering innovative, long-term collaborations between business, schools and the community.
To date, we have had football coaching, our garden planted and a family breakfast. There are many more exciting opportunities ahead, including a whole school take over day and carnival.
